St. Mark's Serves East Tenth

East Tenth United Methodist Children & Youth Center serves children and families on Indianapolis’ Near Eastside, providing quality care and education regardless of a parent’s ability to pay. They have a sliding scale and during April St. Mark's collects monetary donations that go to help subsidize parent payments, allowing parents to work.
Statistics show that the children in this area are faced with many challenges and East Tenth offers a variety of programs to help meet their needs:
- A before and after school program serves children age 5-13. They provide transportation to & from school and all day care during breaks and holidays.
- Summer Days for Youth provides an all-day camp, which focuses on academic enrichment, computer classes, art programs, recreational activities and field trips. The #1 goal for summer is personal development.
- Little Dove Daycare Ministry serves children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old and provides educational and enrichment activities helping them become lifelong learners. Little Dove is a Level 3 Paths to Quality Provider and is working on National Accreditation.
